My holiday in May (I kept things on a schedule here and checked in) was five days in Wales, three of those on the west coast. My grandmother was born in one of the coal valleys north of Cardiff, so I had been there before. Gorgeous country.
This is all very exciting, but things are moving quickly. I especially enjoyed the little interlude with Llyr, but it was just too short. He seems a bit more into it than Eidothea though, which is... concerning. I look forward to more developments.
Two weeks ago, I would have said all will be revealed for Llyr but ... things went to hell in a hand basket for book two. I mean, it was already pretty dramatic but ... anyway, Llyr is a favourite of mine too!
My wife and I were in Carmarthen just last week.
Cool! My bus tour didn’t make it to Carmarthen, we went inland after visiting St. David’s. Are you back from your holidays?
Yes, back home now. But had a nice week in SW Wales and thought of your tale.

My grandfather was born in central-south Wales, so I always feel at home there.
Omg. We could be cousins! Don’t tell me it’s Tredegar…
